Over the three days, you’ll be guided through a gentle rhythm of daily yoga asana classes to support strength, flexibility, and release. Breathwork (pranayama) practices will help calm the mind and awaken your subtle energy, while guided meditations invite you into stillness and self-awareness. You’ll also enjoy philosophy talks rooted in traditional yogic wisdom, heart-opening kirtan and mantra chanting, and time in nature to simply be—surrounded by birdsong, fresh air, and silence that speaks volumes. Over seven nourishing days, you’ll experience a balanced blend of movement and stillness. Each day includes yoga asana classes drawing from both Ashtanga and Yin traditions to support strength, flexibility, and deep release. You’ll also be guided through breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness meditation, and workshops that gently explore yogic lifestyle and philosophy. Group excursions offer a chance to soak up the sacredness of Rishikesh—from river dips and temple walks to mountain views and spontaneous chai chats. It’s ideal for anyone craving more space for personal growth, spiritual reflection, and dedicated self-care. No matter your experience level, if you feel called to explore the heart of yoga, this retreat is for you.
What to expect:
Across 14 days, you’ll move through a thoughtfully layered journey that supports both physical vitality and inner stillness. Daily yoga asana sessions blend Ashtanga and Yin styles, helping you release tension and strengthen the body in a sustainable way. You’ll deepen your experience with breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and philosophy discussions that go beyond the classroom and into your daily life. Extended time allows for more meaningful integration, personal reflection, and exploration—both within and out in the beauty of Rishikesh through group excursions and shared moments in nature. This retreat is less about doing more and more about being—with presence, intention, and openness.

At our Yoga Ashram, We offer comfortable and peaceful accommodation nestled in the serene natural surroundings of Rishikesh — the perfect environment to support your yoga journey.
You’ll stay in a clean, simple room with all the necessary amenities to help you feel at ease during your stay. We offer private rooms, twin-share, and dormitory-style rooms, all with attached bathrooms featuring western toilets and hot showers — especially comforting in the cooler months.
We believe that nutrition, rest, and movement are the pillars of a healthy life. While you're here focusing on your yoga studies, we take care of the rest.
You’ll be nourished with three wholesome, traditional vegetarian meals a day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — lovingly prepared in our kitchen. We also serve herbal teas and provide RO-filtered safe drinking water throughout the day. All meals are sattvic and designed to support your practice, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

A non-refundable initial deposit of $400 USD is required upon booking. In special circumstances, the validity of the deposit may be extended on a case-by-case basis. The balance of the course fees can be paid on arrival. Students can pay the balance of their course fees by bank transfer or cash.
