It’s ideal for anyone craving more space for personal growth, spiritual reflection, and dedicated self-care. No matter your experience level, if you feel called to explore the heart of yoga, this retreat is for you.
What to expect:
Across 14 days, you’ll move through a thoughtfully layered journey that supports both physical vitality and inner stillness. Daily yoga asana sessions blend Ashtanga and Yin styles, helping you release tension and strengthen the body in a sustainable way. You’ll deepen your experience with breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and philosophy discussions that go beyond the classroom and into your daily life. Extended time allows for more meaningful integration, personal reflection, and exploration—both within and out in the beauty of Rishikesh through group excursions and shared moments in nature. This retreat is less about doing more and more about being—with presence, intention, and openness.
